When will my order arrive?
Most EU countries: 5–9 working days total, including the brand-to-atelier leg. You'll get a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — on EU orders over €100. Under that, shipping is a flat €9 (Slovenia: €4). No hidden handling fees at checkout.
What if my size isn't available?
We can usually source it from the brand within a week. Write to us with the product link and your size, and we'll quote a realistic ETA.
Can I return something?
Within 30 days, yes — unworn, hygiene liners intact on bottoms. Full details in our Returns policy.
