This Cookie Policy explains how JOLI d.o.o. (trading as "Eluxena", the "Site") uses cookies and similar technologies on eluxena.com. It forms part of our Privacy Policy and is published under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (as transposed into Slovenian law by Article 157 of the Electronic Communications Act, ZEKom-2).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website to remember information between visits or page loads. We also use similar technologies — local storage, session storage, and pixel tags — which this policy treats as "cookies" for readability.
2. How we ask for your consent
When you first visit the Site we show a consent banner. Strictly-necessary cookies are used immediately (you cannot browse a shop without a cart). All other categories — Analytics, Marketing, Preferences — are off by default and only activate after you click "Accept all" or turn them on individually in "Manage preferences".
You can change your choice at any time by clicking the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of any page, or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Withdrawal is as easy as consent.
