How reviews work at Eluxena
We believe lingerie is a personal purchase, and honest reviews from real women help others find the right fit with confidence. Here is exactly how we handle reviews on eluxena.com.
Where our reviews come from
Every review displayed on eluxena.com comes from one of three sources:
1. Verified purchases. After your order is delivered, our review partner Judge.me invites you to share your experience. If you choose to, your review is tagged with a "Verified buyer" badge. We can confirm the order existed because it is tied to your customer account.
2. In-store feedback from our Slovenia boutique. Women who shop with us in person at Celjska cesta 6 sometimes share feedback with our fitting staff. With permission, we publish a selection. These reviews are clearly labeled "Editorial" and do NOT carry a Verified buyer badge, because we cannot match them to a digital order.
3. Editorial notes from our fitting team. Our staff has been fitting women in Empreinte, Hanro, Anita and other houses for years. When we publish an expert opinion, it is labeled "Editorial" and attributed to our team.
We do not publish reviews we did not verify or source as above.
What we do NOT do
- We do not buy or solicit positive reviews.
- We do not edit the wording of a review except to redact personally identifying information (e.g. a full name, a phone number).
- We do not filter reviews by rating. If you gave us 1 star, it will be published — we just want the chance to reply first.
- We never incentivise a specific rating. Occasional review-for-discount promotions, when we run them, are offered for honest feedback at any rating.
Moderation and response time
New reviews enter moderation. We aim to publish or respond within 5 working days. Reviews may be declined only if they:
- contain hate speech, slurs, or targeted abuse,
- reveal another person's private information,
- are obvious spam,
- concern an item we did not sell you (occasionally people leave reviews on the wrong product listing — we will contact you to move it).
If we decline your review, you will receive an email explaining why.
Editing and removing your own review
You can edit or delete your review at any time via the link in your review confirmation email, or by contacting hello@eluxena.com from the address you used to purchase.
Right to a clear record
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to know how we show reviews under Directive 2019/2161 (the Omnibus Directive). This page is that record. Last updated: 21 April 2026.
